FDS electromagnetic slurry high-strength magnetic separator
Product Introduction
The FDS electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator, with its powerful background magnetic field (up to 1.5T) and flexible magnetic field gradient, can be equipped with various specially made magnetic stainless steel media to meet the fine mineral processing needs of various minerals. The electromagnetic slurry machine has a high magnetic field, uniform magnetic field distribution, high gradient, and significant iron removal effect; The cooling system adopts forced water cooling for heat dissipation, with good circulation, which can reduce the temperature by about 20 ℃ and extend the service life of the electromagnetic wire; The brake valve adopts imported materials, and the valve body is sturdy and durable, with no residual slurry overflowing after closing; Iron removal is carried out by vibration and high-pressure water pump flushing, which thoroughly cleans and leaves no residue; The mesh is refined from special materials, and after disconnecting the excitation coil power supply, there is no residual magnetism, making it easy to remove iron; Fully automatic operation, no need for manual supervision, easy and fast iron removal, completely residue free.

working principle
The FDS electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator is mainly composed of magnetic system, tank body, transmission device, ore feeding device, flushing device and other parts. Among them, the magnetic system is the core part of the equipment, responsible for generating magnetic fields. The tank is used to accommodate the slurry to be processed and achieve the separation of magnetic substances through the action of a magnetic field.
During the work process, the electromagnetic slurry separator will form a stable magnetic field. When the slurry containing magnetic substances enters the magnetic field region, the magnetic substances are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic system under the action of magnetic field force. Non magnetic substances, on the other hand, will continue to flow along the groove due to the absence of magnetic field force, thus achieving the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic substances.
3. Magnetic systems are usually composed of electromagnets and magnetic poles. Electromagnets generate a magnetic field through current, and the magnetic poles determine the distribution and strength of the magnetic field. By adjusting the magnitude and direction of the current, it is possible to control the strength and distribution of the magnetic field, thereby meeting different separation requirements.
To ensure separation efficiency, the electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator needs to maintain a certain speed and concentration during operation. Excessive speed may cause magnetic substances to not fully adsorb onto the magnetic system and be lost; If the speed is too slow, it may affect production efficiency. Meanwhile, excessive concentration of the slurry may lead to issues such as blockage and wear; If the concentration is too low, it may affect the separation efficiency.
